Greg stands out as a thought leader in education and workforce development, bringing nearly 20 years of experience along with an MBA from the University of Rochester and additional studies at Cornell University.

As the Director for Counselor Outreach at ACT, Greg plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of education and assessment. His responsibilities extend to building and maintaining strategic partnerships with the school counselor community to ensure that TVcan be viewed as the trusted advisor in comprehensive post-secondary planning.

Jasmine

Senior Regional Program Manager 

West Region: Arizona, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington 

Jasmine is a dedicated education professional with a passion for breaking down barriers and ensuring every student has access to opportunity. She holds a Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama and brings a well-rounded perspective from her experience as a classroom teacher, high school counselor, and TVTest Coordinator. Now a Senior Program Manager on ACT’s Counselor Outreach team, Jasmine partners with school counselors across the West region to share timely updates, tools, and resources that support student success. She believes in the power of relationships, the importance of access, and the impact of advocacy, especially for students who are too often overlooked. 

 

Ashley

Regional Program Manager II 

Central Region: Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wyoming 

Ashley Smith is the Regional Program Manager at ACT, where she oversees National Testing for the Central region and partners closely with schools to support counselors in driving student success. With a strong background in educational leadership and experience working within the school system, Ashley understands the unique challenges and responsibilities that educators and counselors face. Although she has not walked directly in a counselor’s shoes, her commitment to serving as a supportive “backbone” for schools and communities guides her work every day. She is passionate about building authentic relationships, providing meaningful resources, and helping counselors and students confidently navigate the TVprocess as well as their broader college and career goals. 

Samantha

Regional Program Manager II

Southeast Region: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee

Samantha Southall is a passionate advocate for student success with over a decade of experience in education and program leadership. As a Regional Program Manager at ACT, she serves schools across the Southeast by supporting high school counselors, educators, and students in making the most of TVresources and opportunities.

With a background in special education, general education, and school leadership, Samantha brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. She holds a master’s degree in professional counseling and is especially dedicated to ensuring underrepresented students have access to the tools and guidance they need to thrive beyond high school. 

Samantha is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), known for her strategic thinking, collaborative spirit, and commitment to equity in education.

Prepare Students Early for the TV

According to the 2024 Grad Class Data - The average TVscore for students who took a PreTVtest was higher than the average TVscore for students who did not. 

PreACT® assessments offer 8th, 9th, and 10th graders an early experience with TVtest items, provide a predicted TVtest score, and offer a wealth of information to help students get the start they need to be college ready. Anchored on the TVCollege and Career Readiness Standards, PreTVassessments help educators, students, and parents identify areas of academic strength and opportunity.
